Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hustle Predicts iOS app, website, accounts, subscriptions, support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Anderson Westfield (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You may use the Service only where lawful. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Hustle Predicts provides current-event questions, probability data, saved research views, editorial analysis, and AI-assisted research. The App Store version is informational: it does not accept wagers, hold funds, sell contracts, or provide links to place transactions.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, a solicitation, or a guarantee of any result. Probabilities, picks, and AI outputs are estimates and opinions that may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or outdated. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a financial or legal decision. You are responsible for your decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.

The Service aggregates public data from independent third-party sources. We do not operate, endorse, or control those sources. Data and event rules may change without notice; the originating source controls final resolution. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

AI features may search the public web and generate probabilistic output. Generative AI can fabricate facts, misread sources, or produce unsafe or biased conclusions. Check cited sources and use independent judgment. We may limit AI usage to maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

Premium provides ongoing digital access to features described on the purchase screen, such as premium analysis and expanded AI usage. The localized price, duration, trial eligibility, and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase control. The current monthly plan includes a seven-day introductory trial for eligible new subscribers and automatically renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm purchase and may charge renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel an iOS subscription in Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Hustle Predicts account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Website purchases are processed and managed separately through the website account page.

Some features require an account. Information you provide must be accurate, and you may not share access in a way that abuses or bypasses Service limits. You can initiate permanent account deletion inside the iOS app under Account or on the website account page. Review the subscription notice before deleting. We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these Terms.

If a website feature lets you post content, you are responsible for it. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, spam, manipulative, or otherwise harmful material. Do not impersonate others or publish private information. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Posts are public; do not submit confidential information.

You may not interfere with the Service; bypass access, security, subscription, or usage controls; reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; use automated means that unreasonably burden the Service; scrape or resell the Service at scale; introduce malicious code; misuse another person's account; or use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.

The Service's original software, design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to the operator of Hustle Predicts. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. Third-party data and marks remain subject to their owners' rights. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without obligation or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; correct errors; change usage limits; and update these Terms. We will post material changes and update the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Subscription features will continue to provide ongoing value during paid periods, subject to maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PREDICTION, DATA, AI OUTPUT, RESULT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON PROBABILITIES OR AI OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LAW PROHIBITS IT.

For the iOS app, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store terms. If no custom end-user license agreement is supplied in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service, except for terms presented for a specific feature. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business reorganization or sale. Applicable United States law governs to the extent permitted by your local law.
